What is your career background?

As an ex-professional water-skier, I have always had a passion for the marine industry. I then ran a B2B marketing company which paved the way to working for Maritime Journal and World Fishing publications. Relocating to Newcastle presented an excellent opportunity to enhance my online marketing skills, culminating in the creation of Workboat365.com

What excites you most about your job?

I really enjoy seeing the commercial marine sector going through an exciting time with the growth in offshore wind, electrification and decarbonisation. Sharing the latest developments and shipbuilding news my readers give me great satisfaction.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Having a passion for water – swimming, sailing and paddle boarding.

What has Workboat365 achieved so far?

Workboat365.com went live in November 2021 and is now one of the fastest growing commercial marine News Portals. We are very proud that our LinkedIn followers are growing at an average of 400 per month!

What are your goals for Workboat365?

To maintain Workboat365.com as one of the leading commercial marine News Portals. To achieve this, we are very transparent with our results. At the bottom of every article, readers will see the number of views. This will help our clients gain our trust and help them achieve their marketing goals.

Why did you decide to become a member of the Workboat Association?

As we are a young company it is key to network with WA Members plus help support and promote their products and/or services.

How do you feel the Workboat Association can benefit you?

It is great to be kept up to date with latest regulations and developments plus the opportunity to meet and network with WA members.
